The Abuser EB & his accomplice OD are both shown at the end of the video. EB hoarded & tortured cats for 24++ years. He will still get 12 cats from the ASPCA & ACC. There is evidence of 20+ years of cover-ups by the ASPCA and of the agency's incompetence. Read the full text & see the folder of evidence. After a brave rescuer, desperate for space, brought them to the ASPCA & ACC - clerical/factual errors which the agencies are refusing to correct - are sending them all back to EB. The filing error that would take 30 seconds to correct and enter the name PG; Despite being shown proof EB is NOT the property "owner" who surrendered but the ABANDONER, and does not even live there but is moving to a studio, all the cats will be given by the agency to EB - who is a violent, cruel, abusive man. It's akin to removing children who hid from a known abuser, who had no papers & then handing them back to the abuser with added papers now claiming the abuser is their father. Yes, that's what's occurred here. These are just a few photos and videos from xxx Prospect Place from end of 2024...though cats there have been tortured, starved, electrocuted, maimed, glue-trapped, killed for over 20 years. Hundreds! (Read the affidavits.) This was his "living quarters" on garden level & linked to the basement. EB sold the place in November 2024 to PG. (ACC & ASPCA files misnamed the buyer too & wrongly place OD, an accomplice of EB as building owner! wow) EB abandoned the cats & didn't even know how many were there or how they looked. The rescuer (PH) removed the abandoned ones, due to owner surrender by the new owner PG. She worked under EXTREME duress before demolition started. Among filth, stench and biohazards that no human or animal should have to live with For two decades, neighbors had reached out to countless agencies to no avail. Records from the 2000s exist. As do NUMEROUS other accounts, photos, evidence, testimony and much more. Major players are implicated in the continued apathy, which is why the ASPCA is trying so hard to prove that no abuse occurred and will hand the cats back to EB. No words. In 2014, after numerous pleas, a few personnel from the ASPCA arrived. Other than a few cats being vaccinated nothing was done. That's right: Nothing. The cats were left to reproduce, get abused and it continued on. When PH took the cats to the ACC, a clerical error placed EB in the ACC document even though he no longer resides at xxx Prospect Place & was an ABANDONER. Yet, b/c his number was on file, he and ACC got in touch for taking the cats back. Even though he's an abuser. Even though they've seen all the proof of photos, emails spanning decades of his abuse. The cats need to be protected by the agencies, not handed over. We are truly hoping the right decision is made. UPDATE: They are sending the cats back to him!! "Legality" of owner? Based on an incorrect entry on file? How can the error not be rectified CORRECTLY in the system and yet endangering the lives of innocents based on INCORRECT data is OK? A quote from an affidavit: "...EB admitted to me (in 2009) that he had 150 cats and had released most of them throughout our neighborhoods, Prospect Park and the Botanic garden. I have rescued at least 50 cats on our block, most of them sick and had to be euthanized . Kittens with FIP, tenants calling me about cats crying in the walls and dead cats in the floorboards, the list goes on. Before I moved on to the block there were cats and kittens everywhere, abandoned and dumped by EB. I have evidence to his 20 plus years of abuse." "Just another neighbor moving out of Errol's house yesterday because of stench. Dead cats in the ceiling. There was a cat in the basement with an apparent broken back. Another rescuer who took one of the sicker cats from the site in Dec '24: " ...they (BBAWC clinic) reports the cat is underweight, needed fluids immediately as she was dehydrated and had large amounts of feces stuck in her colon (which could be from a lack of water /fluids, or possibly a much larger more serious problem😢). Also they Indicated (signs of) jaundice, the liver is not properly functioning. The cat is only 3years old!! A 3yrs old cat should not have liver problems. When I was on the premises, there was no running water; the cruel person had sprayed insulation foam spray on and in everything: pipes, sink, windows, doors, etc. The place was very hard to breathe in. Again, I hope this person never ever is allowed to have any pets." BTW - EB is so violent, those who have spoken up have done so at the risk of their personal safety.
